About Camp Oasis  

Camp Oasis is a summer day camp in Columbia, Maryland for children age 4 - 12, divided into two three-week sessions.  At Camp Oasis, boys and girls work in age groups to have summer fun in music, drama, arts and crafts, sports, games and daily swimming!  Each camper receives a free t-shirt, and will bring home plenty of arts and crafts projects for their parents to enjoy.   Campers end each session with a program for parents, family, and friends.

While providing a safe, caring, structured environment, Camp Oasis still believes in the magic of summer!

Overnight & Extended Camp For campers at least eight years old, we offer one overnight per session.  This event includes dinner, a craft project, movies, and a good time with their camp friends.

We also offer extended camp hours in the morning and afternoon, for your convenience.

Our Staff
Our staff members have been carefully interviewed and selected on the basis of their knowledge in their particular area, their ability to work well with children, and their qualifications for any special program activities.

Jessica Martiny Determann, Camp Director
Jessica Martiny Determann is a Columbia resident and teaches in the Howard County school system.  A former Camp Oasis counselor, Jessica returns in 2012 for her 11th year as Camp Director.  She will be assisted by a qualified staff with a camper/staff ratio of 6:1 to ensure that individual attention is given to each camper.

Registration Information
Registration for Camp Oasis begins February 14, 2012

A $150 non-refundable deposit per session holds your child's space ($25 Registration Fee and $125 to be applied to your camp tuition).   The tuition balance and all camp forms are due no later than June 1, 2012. 

Your deposit is non-refundable.  Other camp fees may be refunded only for cancelations received prior to April 1, 2012.  (Please refer to the Parent Handbook & Camp Policy Guide for 2012 for further information.)

We can accept checks, money orders, and cash (exact change only) and major credit cards.  Credit Card payments must be made in person at Stonehouse.

All Camp Oasis Registrations must be accompanied with a completed Registration Form.  Failure to fill out and sign this form will result in return of your registration.
