Cul-de-Sac Landscaping Grants

Take advantage of our help to beautify your cul-de-sac circle! You must live on a county-dedicated road with a cul-de-sac island. You and your neighbors must agree to develop, plant and maintain the landscaping plan. If your plan is approved, you are eligible for up to $200 from the Long Reach Community Association toward the purchase of plant material, and you will get coupons from local nurseries to make those dollars go even further. Grants are available from May 1 through September 1.

These grants are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Application packets are available at the front desk at Stonehouse, or contact the Covenant Advisor for more information at 410/730-8113.

We need residents to help us monitor the pathways for:
graffiti & other vandalism
trash
dumping
dangerous conditions

We will assist you by:
providing trash bags and pick-up locations for scheduled clean-ups
provide a pathway map for your use
lend rakes and hooks if needed
provide a list of phone numbers for reporting problems
